Everyday Praises

Day 15
I greatly rejoice in You, Lord;
my soul exalts in You;
for You have clothed me with
the garments of salvations,
You have wrapped me
with a robe of righteousness
and beauty, as a bridegroom
dressed for his wedding,
as a bride adorned with her
jewels. What amazing grace!
How wonderful that
You ask me to do
absolutely nothing to earn
Your forgiveness.
Isaiah 61:10
Ephesians 2:8,9

Day 14
I praise You God, that the
things that happened
in my past, both enjoyable
and painful, are raw
materials for blessings,
both in my life and in the
lives of others. I choose to
look beyond my past and
present troubles in this
temporary life - and fix
my eyes on the unseen things
that will last forever.
I praise You for the eternal
glory these things are
piling up for me as
I choose to trust You.

Day 13
My gracious and sovereign
God, thank You that
You have been with me
and carried me from the day
of my birth until today.
May You bless and use me,
as You allow me to go
through hard times,
through trials that many
people go through in
this fallen world.
How encouraged I am
to think that You are
working all these
things out for blessings.

Day 12
Lord God, I choose to thank
You for my weaknesses,
my infirmities,
my unadequacies
(physical, mental,
emotional, relational)...
for the ways I fall short of
what people view as ideal...
for my feelings of
helplessness and inferiority
and even my pain and
distresses. Your grace is
sufficient for me,
for Your strength is made
perfect in my weakness.

Day 11
Thank you that I can enjoy my
strenghts and gifts without
pride or false modesty as I give
You the credit for them,
praising You rather than
congratulating myself. What do
I have that I do not receive
from You?... All that I am and
all that I have comes from You.

Day 10

I worship and bow down before
You, my Maker for You have
wonderfully and uniquely
designed my looks, my abilities
and my personality. I rejoice that
You have gifted me for the special
purposes You have in mind for my

good to me, O Lord!

Day 9

What a privilege it is to store
Your Word in my heart
to keep me from sinning against
You... and to be a storehouse
of inspired words that the Spirit
can bring to my mind to help
others. May Your Word always
refresh, nourish me and teach
me as I read and meditate it
with a listening heart.

Day 8

Thank You that Your Son
will return from heaven
with a shout of triumph,
that the dead in Christ will be
raised imperishable...
and in a flash, in the
twinkling of an eye, we
shall all be utterly changed.
Thank You that
Whatever we may have to
go through now is less than
nothing compared with
the magnificent future
You have planned for us

Day 7

Thank you Lord for the
trials that You allow to
happen in my life which
serves as a platform
on which You reveal
Yourself, show Your love
and power both to me
and to others looking on.
Thank you that I can
move into the
future non-defensively,
with hands outstretched
to whatever lies ahead,
for You will always be
with me, even to
my old age...
and through all eternity.

Day 6

I praise You for Your
sovereignty over the broad
events of my life and over
the details. With You,
nothing is accidental
nothing is incidental, and
no experience is wasted.
You hold in Your own power
my breath of life and
all my destiny.

who died for me

I yield myself to Him,
for He is worthy of

Day 3

Thank you Father, that
the Lord Jesus Christ
demonstrated how I am
to live and serve.
May You strengthen
my heart in every

Day 2

I praise You Lord for
Your stubborn love
and wisdom.
You are to wise to ever
make a mistake
too loving to ever do
anything unkind.
My heart rejoices in You.
Lord, for You are my
strong shelter in times of
trouble, danger and stress.
You are my hiding place.

Day 1

Thank You Father,
That You so loved
the world that
You gave Your one
and only son,
our Lord Jesus Christ,
Fairest Lord Jesus!
You alone are
my hearts desire...
my chief delight...
my soul's glory,
joy and crown.
Every advantage life can
offer is like rubbish,
compared with the
overwhelming gain of
knowing You.
